Case Study

Wix — from strong platform to organic category leader.

A private, multi-year engagement supporting one of the world's largest website-building platforms during a period of aggressive organic expansion across markets, languages, and product surfaces.

Context

Wix entered the engagement already a category-defining platform, but with an organic footprint whose scale was outrunning its structure. The strategic question was not how to grow traffic in isolation — it was how to translate breadth into durable authority as Google's ranking models became increasingly entity-aware.

Approach

The work focused on three fronts: rebuilding the topical architecture around clearly defined entities, tightening the technical foundation so that scale did not become fragility, and aligning editorial production to a signal quality bar high enough to survive successive core updates.

Outcome

Organic sessions grew into the eight-figure monthly range, the site's topical authority strengthened across the most competitive product categories in the space, and — critically — the platform's visibility inside AI answers began mirroring its search dominance, giving it a durable position as answer engines gained share of intent.

The lesson from the engagement wasn't tactical — it was structural. Scale only compounds when the architecture underneath it does.
